What I'm Making for Thanksgiving

We're in Phoenix for Thanksgiving, but next weekend this is what I'll be making (without the pine nuts of course). You can find the recipe here - doesn't it look yummy? It's a Barefoot Contessa recipe from Ina's new book. Her recipes ALWAYS work for me - I love them.

We'll also do gravy, sweet potatoes, cranberry sauce, green beans, and stuffing (actually THIS stuffing - yum)!

Eating peanut free is no sweat.

What are your favorites?

Sweet potato mash with brown sugar, cimammon, and a little butter! YUMMY!!! Plus, crustless pumpkin pie is nice too!
